Fire and water damage work across two Texas metros
What we do
Our fire damage restoration work covers fire and smoke cleanup, soot cleanup, smoke odor removal, fire debris removal and structure cleaning.
We do water damage restoration too, with water extraction, flood cleanup and storm damage restoration. That includes pipes that freeze and burst, as they did across the city during the 2021 winter storm.
The hands-on work, fire or water, is done by IICRC certified technicians.
Who we work for, and where
We work on homes and businesses, after anything from a pan fire to an upstairs bathtub that overflowed. Around the state capital we serve Travis, Williamson and Hays counties, which takes in Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Leander, Hutto, Kyle, Buda and San Marcos. Near the Gulf Coast we serve Harris County, Katy, The Woodlands and Galveston.
We speak English and Spanish
You can talk to us in English or in Spanish. Ask about the damage, the work or the insurance paperwork, and you get an answer in plain words.

“Watchtower provided excellent service when we needed help with fire remediation. Their team was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the entire process. They handled everything efficiently and made a difficult situation much easier for us. Highly recommended.”
What happens after you call us
Your call reaches a person, because someone answers our phone 24/7. After a fire, wait until the fire department says the building is safe.
We're on site in under an hour after a fire. We board up broken doors and windows and tarp an open roof to keep rain off what did not burn.
We walk the building with you for the estimate, from the room where it started to the rooms the smoke or water reached. It is free, with no obligation.
Before the cleanup, we put the loss on record with photos, moisture readings and an itemized scope. Moisture readings show where water went that you cannot see.
Then we clean up: fire debris removal, soot cleanup and smoke odor removal after a fire, water extraction after a leak. After that, we handle the rebuild.
Your belongings are part of the job too. We pack them out, clean them, store them while the work goes on and bring them back.

We work with all insurers and explain the terms
We work with all insurance companies, and we explain ACV, RCV and depreciation in plain English.
What ACV, RCV and depreciation mean
RCV is replacement cost value: what it costs to replace a damaged floor or cabinet with a new one of the same kind. Depreciation is what comes off that figure for age and wear. ACV is actual cash value: the replacement cost minus the depreciation.
Age is why the two numbers differ: an old floor can carry more depreciation than a new one.
Whether a settlement uses ACV or RCV depends on the policy. Your insurance company decides what your policy covers.
How we work with your insurance company
We can help with your insurance questions, and we work with your adjuster. The record we made of the loss is what we bring to that conversation. On payment, we can bill your insurance company directly when your coverage allows.
That goes for homes and businesses from Georgetown to Galveston.

We Work With All Insurance Companies

We suffered a small fire in our house alittle over a week ago, Watchtower came to the house and talked to us about repair. The person that came out Michael Sullivan ( Sully) was not pressuring us and explained every step. What really sold me was that Sully kept in contact with us and didn't pressure us into signing an agreement. Josh was more than helpful and also made the ordeal bearable. Sully is truly an asset to the company. Since this a work in progress there will be more to follow at a later time
