We suffered a small fire in our house alittle over a week ago, Watchtower came to the house and talked to us about repair. The person that came out Michael Sullivan ( Sully) was not pressuring us and explained every step. What really sold me was that Sully kept in contact with us and didn't pressure us into signing an agreement. Josh was more than helpful and also made the ordeal bearable. Sully is truly an asset to the company. Since this a work in progress there will be more to follow at a later time

Great experience with Watchtower. Their crew was professional, respectful, and worked hard to take care of our property. They were always available when we had questions and made sure everything was handled properly. I would definitely recommend them.

Watchtower provided excellent service when we needed help with fire remediation. Their team was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the entire process. They handled everything efficiently and made a difficult situation much easier for us. Highly recommended.
