How we handle water damage restoration
1We walk the wet rooms with you
We start where the water started and follow it to the rooms next door and the floor below. Then we talk it through with you in English or Spanish and write your free estimate.
2We record the damage with photos and readings
We make one record before the water comes out: photos, moisture readings and an itemized scope. If you report the loss to your insurance company, that record is ready for them.
3We remove the standing water
Standing water comes out before any drying starts, because the longer water sits, the further it travels. That step is water extraction.
4We dry the structure
Water soaks into subfloor, framing and drywall. We dry the structure with air movers and dehumidifiers, and some material may have to come out so the rest can dry.
5We handle the rebuild
The rebuild waits until the structure is dry, because a wall closed over wet framing keeps that water in. That rebuild is our work too.

Why owners call us for water damage restoration
IICRC certified technicians find where the water went
Our IICRC certified technicians take the water out, dry the structure and read the moisture. A leak can start under a floor with no sign above it, so the readings tell us where the water went.
We handle removal, drying and rebuild
We take the water out, dry the structure and handle the rebuild of whatever had to come out. You keep one company and one scope for the whole job.
We work with all insurance companies
We talk with your insurance company and share our photos and itemized scope. ACV is what a floor was worth the day before it got wet, RCV is what it costs to replace, and depreciation is the gap. We can help with your insurance questions.
We give a free itemized estimate
Our free estimate is an itemized scope of what comes out, what we dry and what we rebuild. It is free, and it commits you to nothing.
We pack out and store your belongings
Wet rooms are often full rooms. We pack out the furniture, rugs and boxes, clean and store them, and return them when the rooms are ready.

Questions about water damage restoration and insurance
Plain answers about the work, the estimate and your insurance.
Do I have to open an insurance claim to get an estimate?
No. A claim starts when you report the loss to your insurance company, and that decision is yours. Our estimate is free, with no obligation, whether you report the loss or not.
Does it matter which insurance company I have?
No. Whoever insures your home or business, we talk with them and share our photos, moisture readings and itemized scope. Your insurance company decides what your policy covers, and we answer your questions about the paperwork in English or Spanish.
The floor looks dry now. Do I still need water damage restoration?
Maybe not, and an estimate is how you find out. A floor can look dry while the subfloor and the wall framing behind the baseboard still hold water. A moisture reading tells you what a hand on the floor cannot.
What should I do before anyone comes out to look?
Close the main water shut-off if a pipe or fixture is the source, and take your own photos before you move anything. Leave a sagging ceiling and any wet outlet alone. Then call us. We work in all ten cities, from Georgetown down to San Marcos.
Do you repair the pipe or the appliance that leaked?
No, we are not plumbers or roofers, so stopping the leak at its source goes to that trade. Our work is what the water did after that, from the wet floor to the rebuild.
