How we handle mold remediation
1We take moisture readings and photos
Mold grows where moisture stays, so we start with moisture readings around the growth. We photograph what we find and write an itemized scope, and the estimate is free, with no obligation.
2We seal off the work area
Before anything comes out, we seal off the work area so spores do not drift into the clean rooms of the house. We filter the air inside it while we work.
3We remove what cannot be saved
Drywall, carpet and insulation the mold has grown into cannot be saved. Those materials come out of the sealed area, and we take them away from the house.
4We clean what stays
Framing and other surfaces that can stay are cleaned. The work area stays sealed off, and we keep filtering the air while that cleaning goes on.
5We handle the rebuild
We handle the rebuild as well as the removal. It starts when the area is dry, and it follows the same photos, moisture readings and itemized scope we made at the start.

“We suffered a small fire in our house alittle over a week ago, Watchtower came to the house and talked to us about repair. The person that came out Michael Sullivan ( Sully) was not pressuring us and explained every step. What really sold me was that Sully kept in contact with us and didn't pressure us into signing an agreement. Josh was more than helpful and also made the ordeal bearable. Sully is truly an asset to the company. Since this a work in progress there will be more to follow at a later time”

Why owners call us for mold remediation
We keep the rest of your home in use while we work
We seal off the work area and filter the air inside it while we work, so the rooms you are using stay apart from the removal. We remove what cannot be saved and take it out of the house.
We trace the mold back to its moisture source
Mold comes back when the damp that fed it stays. So our scope starts with moisture readings, and they show how far the damp reached before anything is rebuilt.
We handle the rebuild after the removal
Mold removal can leave an open wall or a bare floor. We handle the rebuild of what had to come out, so one company takes you to the finished room.
We work with all insurance companies
Policies treat mold in different ways, so the cause of the damp matters. We work with all insurance companies and share our photos and readings. Whether mold is covered is up to your insurance company.
We speak English and Spanish
We work on homes and businesses. We explain the scope and what ACV, RCV and depreciation mean in plain English or in Spanish, so everyone follows each step.

What owners ask about mold remediation
Call us with any question about your property.
Do you test the air or the walls for mold?
No. In Texas, the same company cannot assess and remove mold on one project. If you need testing, a separate mold assessor does it. We do the containment, the removal, the cleaning and the rebuild.
Is a small patch of mold worth a call?
It can be. A small spot on the surface can mean a larger growth behind the drywall, where a leak has kept the wall damp. The estimate is free, with no obligation, and the moisture readings show how far the damp goes.
Does homeowners insurance cover mold remediation?
It depends on the policy and on what caused the mold. A sudden leak and mold that grew over a long time are often treated in different ways, and your insurance company makes that call. We share our photos and moisture readings with them.
Can we stay in the house during mold remediation?
Ask us when we walk the damage. The work area is sealed off and the air inside it is filtered, but anyone with asthma, allergies or other breathing trouble should ask a doctor before staying in the house.
Why do you take out drywall instead of cleaning it?
Drywall, insulation and carpet are porous, so mold grows into them, not only on top. Those materials come out. Framing, concrete and other solid surfaces can often be cleaned and treated in place, then dried.
